This bold new initiative creates new opportunities for leadership. Job DescriptionThe Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide information systems leadership to align information systems and technological capabilities of HXP and its subsidiaries to fully support the organization's vision, mission, and priorities. The CIO will oversee and manage a team in the strategy, planning, implementation, and integration of IT, and will manage key relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders. The CIO will balance the need for strategic leadership in planning and innovating with the execution and ongoing delivery of focused IT services that meet the needs of a global workforce spread across 40 countries. This critical role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is a key member of the Operations leadership team. What You'll Do

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical to allow for potential future salary growth.
