The Associate Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in assisting in regionalization and amplification of centrally developed brand initiatives, as well as the development and execution of audience-specific strategies and marketing plans tailored to the Americas market (US + Canada). These contributions will drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence in the region.

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager, this role supports a wide range of regional marketing activities, including paid media, digital marketing, tradeshows and events, market insights and training. The Associate Marketing Manager will also coordinate projects, assist in budget management and ensure alignment with Global Marketing functions to maintain brand consistency.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, enthusiasm for various marketing disciplines and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and global functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide any necessary support for key projects and activities led by the Marketing Activation Manager for the Americas region.
  • Assist in the rollout and activation of global marketing materials; Provide necessary input in support of global functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, contributing to briefing, execution and management of regional marketing projects in support of designated segments or channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate regional, audience-specific CEUs/content, photography, IDS support, case studies, PR/awards materials.
  • Provide regional customer + competitive insights specific to designated segments/channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather input and assist in measurement and reporting.
  • Manage the routing of materials for appropriate for review and approvals to legal, global product and/or global marketing functions.
  • Assembly and delivery of content and materials to internal and external partners - vendors, associations, media, etc.
  • Management of assets, files and designated repositories/platforms for marketing materials in coordination with the global marketing team.
  • Proofing and content development as needed.
  • Support design and/or delivery of pertinent marketing training to relevant teams.
  • As needed, oversee project budgets, contract/PO management and complete any necessary administrative functions.
  • Support competitive research to identify trends and opportunities, contributing insights to enhance our brand's positioning.
  • Provide support with channel partners to align on strategy, optimize engagement, and support joint marketing efforts.
  • Support planning and logistics for tradeshows, ensuring brand alignment and impactful audience engagement.

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of success.

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in budget and resource management.
  • Tradeshow planning and execution
  • Adaptability and openness to new marketing trends and technologies.
  • Familiarity with the commercial flooring industry, understanding of market dynamics and customer needs a plus, but not required.

Role Requirements:

  • Up to 25% travel required.
