Position Summary The Program Manager provides leadership, management, and oversight for all phases of assigned programs to ensure achievement of all program goals, including technical, schedule, and cost performance. The Program Manager leads the integrated project team (IPT) and acts as the principal customer liaison for all program activities, maintaining effective communication with customers and the senior management team. Job Duties
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or other related discipline required, with MBA or equivalent degree preferred. Experience Requirements Five years of program or project management experience is required. DoD acquisition experience preferred. Skills and Competencies All FN America employees are expected to demonstrate accountability, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and innovation. Preferred elements of this position include:
Tools Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, SAP, general ERP familiarity, Earned Value Management preferred. Licenses/Certifications PMP certification highly preferred. Working Conditions Typical office environment with some travel between buildings and to other locations required(up to 10% domestic travel and up to 10% international travel).
