A full time Private Client Sales (PCS) Lead job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery. As a PCS Lead, you will be responsible for cultivating our Direct to Consumer (DTC) sales program and generating a major source of revenue by pursuing and hosting a variety of sales initiatives. Additionally, this role will also support general DTC operations as part of the role.

This role will include weekend hours to support events as needed. This is a hybrid role that will require 2 days on site at our Woodinville tasting room.

Private Client Sales (PCS) Lead job responsibilities include:



  • Promote personalized wine programming across all DTC consumer channels by coordinating PCS email and phone campaigns in alignment with the existing email calendar
  • Assist in developing new sales strategies for each brand, including identifying outreach and sales development opportunities
  • Plan and execute new customer acquisition planning and campaigns:
  • Conduct outbound direct sales for Washington via phone calls and personalized emails.
  • Provide operational support, including order maintenance with our fulfillment center and managing order retrievals.


DTC Operational Support



  • Perform various data entry tasks to support direct sales, including processing, tracking, and reporting sales
  • Collaborate with the shipping department to research and resolve routine customer service inquiries or issues
  • Consult, process and track large corporate and gift orders
  • Support Concierge team as needed.


Position Requirements:



  • Must be at least 21 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
  • Knowledge of wine and DTC wine sales and shipping practice preferred
  • Ability to interact comfortably with the public via phone, email, and other communication methods in an efficient, positive and brand-appropriate manner


Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Your Compensation:

$20.68 - $26.89 per hour based upon relevant experience.
