The Role:
- Work with adults with high behaviors in a Supported Living Home setting
- Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served
- Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Maintain a caseload of minimum of 24 billable hours per week
- Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change
- Create Individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP
- Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas
- Attend all agency, department, and client specific meetings as directed
- Participate in on-going professional training
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy
- Current BCBA License/Certification preferred
