Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact? Ledcor is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our telecommunications projects, collaborating with project managers overseeing all aspects of Site acquisition on behalf of the client.

You will be responsible for overseeing site acquisition, leasing, regulatory coordination, municipality and jurisdictional planning/permitting and zoning, and collaboration with architectural and engineering design and land surveying.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate leases with landowners and clients, ensuring site investigations and document preparation

  • Verify zoning/permitting processes and obtain necessary approvals

  • Create Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP) and coordinate site requirements

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring site budgets and schedules

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of site acquisition experience

  • Experience with lease reviews and zoning approvals

  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Ability to motivate and mentor team members

  • Effective presentation skills at zoning hearings

  • Independent management of schedules and priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Working Conditions:

  • Approximately 20% travel required.

  • This role provides a flexible working environment, balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces
