Position Overview SpectraTech, Inc. Corporate Office is looking for a Communications Lead who will play a vital role in managing and executing the organization's communication, marketing, and promotional initiatives. This position requires a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual to oversee a variety of responsibilities, from content creation to event coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Write, organize, and maintain detailed and compelling project descriptions for use across marketing and communication materials.
Press Releases
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to announce company updates, achievements, and events to relevant media outlets.
Trade Show Coordination
- Manage attendee and sponsorship registrations.
- Oversee booth maintenance and scheduling.
- Coordinate giveaways, conference materials, and graphic production for signage and advertisements.
Newsletter Production
- Develop and distribute regular newsletters that highlight company news, achievements, and updates.
Presentation Development
- Create and design professional presentations for Statements of Qualification (SOQs), orientation sessions, and other events.
Marketing Materials
- Design and maintain brochures, posters, tear sheets, and other promotional materials.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to company platforms.
Website Management
- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring timely and relevant content.
- Monitor client websites for potential opportunities and leads.
Seasonal Campaign Coordination
- Maintain and update the Christmas card list for electronic and paper cards.
- Oversee the production, mailing, and emailing of holiday cards.
Lobby Display Management
- Update and maintain the front lobby TV slides to reflect current projects, news, and announcements.
Branded Merchandise Store
- Oversee the inventory, ordering, and organization of company-branded merchandise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
