The purpose of the Business Analyst II role is to develop business and functional requirements that serve as the basis for software and processes utilized by Bright Horizons internal users as well external customers. Through a variety of means, the Business Analyst II will gather and document these requirements and serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The BA must be able to perform job functions in an independent manner, to provide leadership and drive collaboration across disciplines in all solution development related activities. This role is critical in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions to meet stakeholder needs. What you will be doing:

Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures The annual starting salary rate for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
