Mental Health Support Specialist People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking Mental Health Support Specialist to give care & support to our clients at our Deaf, Blind, and/or Hard of Hearing Programs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who know basic to advanced level ASL to gain valuable experience. This is an entry-level position that is responsible for providing a supportive environment for our deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing clients. American Sign Language (ASL) is the primary mode of communication for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. This offers our residents a strong sense of community with other deaf adults and strengthens our support activities in a culturally affirmative environment. We provide an array of individualized services to our residents to help maintain independent living in a community setting. Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time, mornings, evenings, and weekends. Location: Deaf Supportive Living: 726 2nd Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413 Hiring Bonus: $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Hiring Range: $20 / Hourly *Shift differential of $1/ hour working between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM *Shift differential of $1/ hour working between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota.
