Position Summary The NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking an Associate Director of Partnerships and Special Programs who will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Human Capital Management department (HCM) by cultivating and managing strategic partnerships, scaling and overseeing high-impact events and conferences, and driving initiatives that align with departmental, Division of Programs in Business (DPB) and School of Professional Studies (SPS) priorities. Reporting directly to HCM Senior leadership works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs that enhances the department's academic standing and support its reputation for excellence and innovation in HCM education. The Associate Director of Partnerships and Special Programs is instrumental in shaping the HCM department's future by fostering strategic collaborations, delivering exceptional events and programs, and driving initiatives that solidify its position as a leader in human capital management education. This position is located in our Midtown Center location - 20 W. 43rd Street. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $80,000.00 to USD $100,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
