Job Summary: This position will primarily provide psychiatry care to a variety of adult outpatient care. This position will also supervise and mentor residents/fellows/trainees. Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric care for a variety of pediatric and/or adult patients (90%): -Provide care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. -Service on appropriate department and medical school committees. -Participate in other department teaching activities. -Share in call schedules. Provide supervision, mentorship, and teaching (10%): -Supervise, mentor, and teach psychiatric residents, fellows, psychology interns and medical students. Qualifications: -Successful completion of residency in Psychiatry. -At least one year of clinical experience in the treatment of psychiatric disorders preferred. For an appointment at Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor rank on CT Track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CT Track. License/Certification: Required MD - Physician - State Licensure Must obtain a WI State Medical License (MD or DO) by start date. Required ABPN - P - American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Psychiatry Certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Psychiatry. Work Type: Full or Part Time: 50% - 100% It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location.
