Responsibilities & Expectations: The Single -Phase Assembly Technician is responsible for installing, assembling, inspecting, testing , and preparing single -phase transformers. This includes the installation of components, performing tests, and ensuring all work meets high-quality standards . The technician will work closely with the production team to maintain safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process. Assemble and fit transformer equipment in tank Install wiring and components per specifications Perform inspections and tests to ensure quality and compliance Qualifications and Competencies: Mechanical aptitude Experience in manufacturing or assembly of equipment preferred Experience with transformers and electrical testing equipment a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods Comfortable working with machinery, hand tools, and in varying temperatures You'll thrive at IPS if you... * Lead with integrity and prioritize safety.
