Under general supervision, responsible for admissions and enrollment processing, student (customer) services, and administrative support for the Master of Laws (LL.M.) one and two-year academic programs. Manage admissions processing and student support for > 450 LL.M. applications and 50 to 60 LL.M. admissions per year. Provide student and instructor support, programmatic and scal support, planning and assistance with program events and course eld trips, and work as a team member to support IT needs and delivery of high-quality education for an international audience. Workload for LL.M. admissions is heaviest in late Fall through early Spring. In collaboration with the Associate Dean and the LL.M. Admissions Director, evaluate and make determinations regarding LL.M. applications for admissions, adhering to the University of California Davis, School of Law admissions policies and procedures. Provide LL.M. applicants and candidates with detailed information on admissions requirements, LL.M./School of Law programs and curricula, scholarship opportunities, housing and career services. Respond to inquiries from prospective and admitted LL.M. students via email, telephone and in-person regarding admission requirements, application procedures, scholarship availability, community and campus resources, housing options and more. As needed, assist with summer open enrollment, exchange student, visiting scholar, and CILC logistics and events. Monitor and maintain financial information for LL.M. related events. This oce operates summer law programs designed for foreign legal professionals, both "open enrollment" and "customized" programs, as well as the graduate program in law (LL.M. academic year program) and the Visiting Scholars and J.D. Over 150 foreign attorneys attend the intensive summer programs during an 8-week period June to August, and 50 to 60 law students attend the academic year-long LL.M. degree program.
