JOB PURPOSE:

The Data Analyst will assist in the creation, maintenance and dissemination of information related to services to clients and program outcomes. This includes data input, data quality, building reports, user support, and analysis of client information updated into the electronic record. This position also provides support to Program teams by troubleshooting application and data problems as well as fulfilling data requests.


Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for data analysis and insights.
  • Identify and interpret key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving business performance.


  • Create and maintain data models to support forecasting and business planning.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and maintain databases and data systems.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging data analysis tools, techniques, and technologies.
  • Support and serve as a back up to the FAC position.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, and/or Financial Analysis and/or Financial Coordinator. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization required. Experience with programming languages or experience as a case manager preferred.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's

sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.



VEHICLE:
Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
