Job Summary: This position is responsible for developing and overseeing programs connecting students with on-campus and off-campus employment opportunities, supporting their professional growth and financial needs. This role involves cultivating employer partnerships, managing job postings, and providing career-related advising and workshops. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and two years of related experience or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Hiring Range: $43,019 - $53,774 Preferred Qualifications: Understand the guidelines and regulations governing the Federal Work-Study (FWS) program, including eligibility requirements and the allocation of funds. Be familiar with how FWS jobs align with students' academic programs and career goals, emphasizing community service or work related to their fields of study. Job Specific Task List:
- Program Management and Compliance: Oversee and manage the student employment program, including on-campus and off-campus job opportunities, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, federal work-study guidelines, and other relevant regulations. - Employer and Community Engagement: Assist with the college's career services platform, assist employers with job postings, and foster employer relationships through off-site visits and community partnerships.
