Principal Responsibilities



  • Meet and collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and internal stakeholders to discuss needs, evaluate job requirements, and post jobs
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social media networks; build a talent pipeline for current and expected openings
  • Review resumes, interview applicants, assess qualifications, present viable applicants, schedule & coordinate interviews, and make hiring recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Interact with job seekers to understand their interests and motivations and whether they would be a good fit for the organizations culture
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the recruiting process; Course correct the hiring strategy as needed to ensure jobs are filled.
  • Participate in job fairs and events to promote the organizations' reputation
  • Provide detailed reporting on recruiting progress and be accountable for meeting recruiting metrics


Required Skills:



  • Track record of hiring top-tier talent, and hard to fill positions across Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, and other key functions.
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
  • Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. UKG)
  • Thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization
  • Ability to organize skills assessments
  • A passion for embracing diversity in the hiring process
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, laws, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box


Basic Qualifications:



  • 5+ years' experience as a full-cycle recruiter in the Engineering industry
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field


    Preferred Qualifications:



    • Sales recruitment experience
    • Military background
