Description Syneos Health is recruiting for a Training Manager, Learning Excellence for our highly respected pharmaceutical client. This is a tactical role with no direct reports. The Training Manager is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning deliverables to support POA meetings, new hire experience, and product/indication launches. This includes updating, maintaining, and delivering new hire curricula, as well as addressing the ongoing learning and development needs of the entire sales force based on sales direction. The Training Manager is also responsible for developing and executing learning solutions that meet the demands of the field sales force. Additionally, the Training Manager conducts an ongoing environmental scan of potential learning gaps throughout the field and develop strategies on how to address them. Accordingly, the Training Manager collaborates with peers, Sales Leadership, brand, Regulatory, HCC, and other stakeholders to design and deploy targeted programs that meet all learning needs and enhance on-the-job effectiveness. The Training Manager serves as a conduit between Marketing and Sales by translating and communicating brand strategies to Sales personnel through multiple training mediums, while adhering to all appropriate Guidelines (e.g., HCC, Regulatory, etc.). The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
