Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Business Strategy Intern position, you'll work directly with our Executive Team on high-impact projects that are crucial to Direct Supply's long-term success. Over 12 weeks, you'll immerse yourself in our innovative culture, developing business strategies that leverage our strengths in the senior health industry. This internship culminates in a strategic proposal to our Executive Team, providing a unique opportunity to shape the future of our rapidly growing, employee-owned company.

Skills Needed:

  • Solves Problems - Uses technology and sharp logic to craft inventive solutions to complex issues, digging deep to tackle root causes. Conducts impartial analysis, leaving no stone unturned for comprehensive insights.

  • Applies AI and Technology - Identifies opportunities to boost efficiency and add value using AI and tech. Embraces and applies digital innovations and tech solutions to build business. Eagerly learns and integrates new technologies where they matter most.

  • Enriches Innovation - Sparks creative ideas and harnesses AI and technology to deliver tangible benefits. Champions diverse thought and boldly challenges conventional norms.

  • Builds Networks - Cultivates broad and diverse networks both inside and outside our organization. Uses these connections strategically to exchange ideas, garner support, and influence opinions.

  • Proven success in defining, leading, and executing projects, even in ambiguous situations.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Craft dynamic business models and actionable plans to bring new concepts and market strategies to life.

  • Analyze and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative technologies in the senior health industry.

  • Conduct strategic research and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

  • Build a deep understanding of operations and culture by collaborating across teams and departments.

  • Champion change by aligning diverse stakeholders and driving impactful, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Push boundaries and inspire innovation, continuously elevating business strategies with bold ideas.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, and currently enrolled in an MBA program

  • 3+ years of professional experience
