Job Summary

At W.C. Bradley Outdoor Cooking, we're passionate about creating amazing outdoor cooking experiences. Our family of brands, including Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe's, and Pit Boss, inspires people to elevate their grilling and smoking adventures. We're looking for a dynamic Multi-Media Producer to join our creative team and bring compelling stories to life through innovative and high-quality content, with a focus on 3D animation and visualization to showcase our products in exciting and engaging ways.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute multimedia projects, including videos, photography, 3D animations, and graphics, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and product teams to create content that aligns with brand objectives and campaigns for Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe's, and Pit Boss.
  • Operate and maintain audio, video, and photography equipment, ensuring the highest production quality.
  • Edit video and audio content using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Audition).
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and 3D product visualizations using tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant software.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Direct on-location or studio shoots, including managing talent and crew.
  • Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
  • Optimize content for distribution across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

Qualification Requirements

Education:

BA/BS degree in Media Production, Film, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years' experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, including demonstrable experience in 3D animation and rendering.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D animation and rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, CAD, Rhino, Keyshot, V-Ray).
  • Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for composition and detail.
  • Familiarity with content optimization for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of current multimedia trends and emerging technologies
