DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for a Project Safety Manager to join the HSSE team for operational utility scale solar sites. This role involves 95% travel with per diem and monthly home trips. This role does not provide VISA sponsorship. What You Will Do * Lead the team by utilizing the PBM frameworks to enhance knowledge, understanding, and value creation at the site. * Actively mentor and empower direct reports by providing regular feedback, identifying development opportunities, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and skill enhancement. * Knowledgeable and current on all internal Koch/DEPCOM EHS Standards and relevant state and federal environmental law. * Cultivate strong EHS-centric customer relationships through proactive communication, tailored solutions, collaborative problem-solving, transparency, feedback, and continuous improvement * Provide exceptional customer service working to become a preferred provider to our customers, subcontractors and vendors * Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and determining corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence and makes recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions. * Maintain operational integrity and our commitment to safety by compiling comprehensive safety data into actionable reports, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring compliance with client and site requirements. * Maintain knowledge regarding project location details ensuring proper oversight and review of company programs and compliance for contractual requirements. * Oversee the development and use of risk assessment methods/systems for anticipating, identifying, and evaluating hazards on site - Drive and assist with the mitigation of identified gaps, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. * Assist in the development and execution of Environmental, Health and Safety strategies in alignment with EHS initiatives for site. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Valid driver's license * OSHA 510 Certification * Previous safety manager experience What Will Put You Ahead * OSHA 500 certification * CHST or higher BCSP certification * NFPA 70E * Bachelor's degree in Healthy & Safety For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
