*Pay:* $25/hr *Schedule: *Monday-Fri 8-5pm *Start Date: *2/3/25 Onsite within Beaverton, OR 4-Month Contract to Hire *Summary/Objective:* The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Senior Research Administrator and President/CEO, focusing on research sample receiving, tracking, and data entry. Additionally, this role will oversee clinical test result automation, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to streamline clinical test result turnaround time. *Essential Functions:* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. * Receive research samples using LabAssist software, prepare them for processing, and ensure proper storage, maintaining communication with relevant parties and conducting follow-ups as necessary. * Enter research data, including test results and evaluation numbers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Monitor clinical test result automation, identifying and addressing obstacles to streamline processes, complete necessary data entries, and proactively troubleshoot to minimize clinical test result turnaround time. * Provide administrative support to the Senior Research Administrator and President/CEO. * Order scientific articles, journals, and books as needed for research activities. * Maintain and update research article entries, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. * Coordinate and schedule webinars and other training sessions as requested. * Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondences. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Competencies:* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. * Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing tasks effectively even with frequent interruptions. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when necessary. * Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. *Qualifications:* * Minimum two years previous administrative support experience. * Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals. * High school diploma or equivalent. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* Join our dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking research in a supportive and collaborative environment.
