Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities Professionally handle incoming requests from customers. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs. Maintain balance of inbound and outbound while meeting our exceeding key performance indicators. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements. Process incoming orders, resolve issues, process returns and complete outbound calling to prospects and existing customers. No collections - They have a completely separate team for those interactions Additional Skills & Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish 2 years of customer service experience - Preferred call center Ability to score 30 WPM on a typing test HS Diploma of GED Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $37440.00 Benefits can be found at the link in the Employee Value Proposition link above.
