If you excel in customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and have a desire to help clients navigate complex situations, we want to hear from you! * As a Claims Processor, you will assist customers with their homeowner insurance claims, managing the process from reporting through to the completion of repairs. You will learn to work with clients, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Handle a minimum of 25 inbound calls daily from clients reporting claims, ensuring each call is managed with professionalism and empathy. * Document all claim activities in the multi-screen computer system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines. * Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner to alleviate their frustrations. * Maintain thorough records of each claim process, including inspections needed before fund disbursement. * Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production, quality, and attendance metrics, fostering a supportive team environment. * Participate in intensive training sessions, including shadowing experienced staff and classroom learning to familiarize yourself with industry practices and company procedures. What We're Looking For: * Experience of at least 1 year in customer service, administrative or data entry. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to listen actively and empathize with frustrated clients. * Problem-solving aptitude, capable of analyzing situations and making sound decisions promptly. * Tech-savvy individuals who can efficiently navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously. * A commitment to consistent attendance and professionalism, as this role requires reliability and dedication. Work Environment: * This is an on-site position with a beautiful office space located in Troy, Michigan. The work environment is casual, promoting a laid-back atmosphere while ensuring professionalism in all client interactions. Initially, this role requires a full-time commitment for the first 3 to 6 months before potential transition to a hybrid model, based on performance metrics. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
