Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives daily incoming orders.
  • Organizes goods, rotates stock, and ensures all bins/boxes/bags are clearly marked/labeled.
  • Perform cycle counting.
  • Communicates irregularities/short supply items to department lead, supervisor, or manager.
  • Print paperwork and tags as needed.
  • Document missing or incorrect quantities of materials; reports discrepancies to Team Lead.
  • Maintain traceability of all materials and documents as applicable.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives in line with department objectives.
  • Responsible for assisting in year-end inventory audit preparation.
  • Maintain work areas to ensure the safe operations of all tools and equipment and adheres to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Attend all required trainings and team meetings as needed.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Experience: 0+ years relevant experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience: Hand/power tool use and blueprint reading experience highly desirable.
