Production - $21.50/hour + $ 1.50 Shift Differential

2nd/3rd shift- Work 36 hours get paid for 48 hours.

Wis-Pak Inc., a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Klarbrunn, Bubbl'r and other leading beverages, is currently accepting applications for full-time General Equipment Operators at its Watertown, WI facility.

Hours are 5:30 pm to 6:00am, Friday- Sunday. Shift Premium is an additional $1.50/hour.

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Safely and efficiently operate all production, sanitation, and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain food and personal safety and quality standards for all processes and functions within assigned duties.
• Accurately complete all required documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures on equipment and work areas.
• Comply with all plant and food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation regulations.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally, and up 75 lbs. infrequently.
• Frequently climb stairs, reach above shoulders, bend and twist at waist and neck.
• Stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires basic English reading, writing and verbal skills, as well as math and computer skills.
• Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 40 lbs. frequently.
• Requires the ability to operate all production and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, sanitation, and other cleaning equipment.
• Requires the ability to work well with others in a team setting and with minimal supervision.
