Are you an organized and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic clinic environment? Gundersen Health System is seeking a Senior Office Assistant to provide essential support to our Supervisor and Executive Assistants.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to the Supervisor, Executive Assistants in managing Clinic Business processes, tracking activities, and Kronos timekeeping.
  • Assist with the Kronos timekeeping process for Project Fusion.
  • Support the Kronos audit process and facilitate follow-up for necessary corrections.
  • Aid Executive Assistants with meeting arrangements and various tasks as requested.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and submit orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate on-call calendars for Medical and Administrative Officer of the Day.
  • Organize lunches and special occasions.
  • Assist in the coordination of holiday meals for staff

What's Available:

  • Hours: 24 hours/week
  • Shift: Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:30pm (3 days per week)
  • No weekends!

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have the capacity to adapt quickly to changing tasks
