Entrata Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Entrata Support Specialist to join our IT team during our software transition to Entrata. This role involves supporting the internal team, troubleshooting issues, managing the Entrata system post-implementation, and overseeing new property setups.

The Specialist will serve as the main resource for Entrata-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations across our multifamily portfolio and collaborating with various teams to resolve technical issues. This position is vital for optimizing Entrata usage and providing ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Entrata Support & Troubleshooting

    • Act as the first point of contact for Entrata issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical and user-related problems.


  • User Administration

    • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security best practices.


  • System Configuration & Maintenance

    • Assist in configuring and optimizing Entrata to align with operational needs, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.


  • New Property Setup

    • Lead the onboarding of new properties within Entrata, coordinating with Property Management and Accounting.


  • Training & Onboarding

    • Conduct training for employees on Entrata and develop training materials for reference.


  • Reporting & Analytics Support

    • Support report generation and data validation with key stakeholders.


  • Documentation & Knowledge Base

    • Maintain a knowledge base of issues and solutions, updating Entrata documentation as needed.




Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of experience with Entrata, including optimization, implementation, and user training.
  • Strong knowledge of Entrata modules and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in user management, reporting, and property setup.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
  • Strong problem-solving and training experience.
