Summary: The Continuous Process Improvement Analyst will assist the business with the identification, analysis, documentation, and implementation of process improvement projects. This position will also focus on increasing productivity, reducing waste, improving efficiencies and simplifying processes aligned with corporate strategy. This role may be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match the needs and role requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree or at least 3-5 years Continuous Improvement experience in DMAIC, DFSS, Kaizen, Value Stream, or other relevant methodologies. Experience in one or more of the following fields a plus: Banking, Data analytics, project management, or business administration. Certifications, Licenses and/or registrations: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification highly desired Computer Skills: Microsoft Office/365 SmartSheet SharePoint a plus Skills needed:
