We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Norlen, facility with excellence and innovation. Norlen is a division of Ryerson located in Schofield Wisconsin, is a recognized as an industry leader in producing precision stampings, fabrications, machining, and paint. We utilize the latest laser technologies for metal cutting and finish metal to high cosmetic requirements. We provide the highest quality in designing and maintaining tool and die products. Norlen provides JIT/VMI fulfillment to several nationally recognized companies. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day management and operational responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.
