Job Description: OFFICE LOCATION: Abilene, Texas, United States SCOPE/CONTACTS: This position reports directly to the EVP of Commercial Banking and works with the Corporate Lending Team and Credit Administration Team to maintain high quality credit and risk management for the Middle Market Portfolio. This position requires a high expertise of loan structuring, closing, monitoring, and workout to ensure the middle market portfolio of FFIN is maintained with the highest level of oversight. Primary function is the origination support and ongoing risk management of higher exposure loan relationships in order to help identify potential loan problems and identify opportunities to expand the portfolio within the credit appetite of the Bank. This position would also work with the Head of Commercial Banking to train high-performing credit analysts to build future middle market lenders within the organization.
