Job Title: Project Program Manager

Location(s): Nashville, TN

Responsible for coordinating and maintaining ongoing risk management projects and programs in a complex environment. The coordinator will oversee aspects of existing projects, including monitoring progress, preparing status reports for upper management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. They will work closely with compliance leads and business partners to maintain mechanisms and program controls that reduce risk for our operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to support cross-functional stakeholder groups across various levels of the organization. They should be familiar with relevant DOT regulations and have experience in compliance, audit, or risk management. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of relevant experience. The coordinator must be proficient in standard office software and applications, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, PM or related field.
  • Years of experience minimum of 4-7 years.
  • DOT or transportation experience would be preferred.
  • Audit or compliance background is required.
  • Look up regulations and interpret what they mean and conduct gap assessment.
  • Software: MS office, excel data analytics such as pivot tables and Vlookup etc, SQL (query writing).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Tactical work and learn to be strategic. Be able to make judgement calls.


Nice to haves:


  • Salesforce, tableau, quicksight, PowerBI.
  • Nice to have would be a regulatory background and vendor portal software experience.


Day to Day:



  • Supporting Driver fitness KTLO.
  • Supporting expansion for drugs and alcohol and maintenance
  • Data analysis, connecting with offshore team to collect results
  • Communicating data to stakeholders
  • SOP drafting and data analysis.
  • PM duties to keep on track.
  • Digging into to the data to identify trends and make recommendations for the business.
