Job Title: Project Program Manager Location(s): Nashville, TN Responsible for coordinating and maintaining ongoing risk management projects and programs in a complex environment. The coordinator will oversee aspects of existing projects, including monitoring progress, preparing status reports for upper management, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. They will work closely with compliance leads and business partners to maintain mechanisms and program controls that reduce risk for our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to support cross-functional stakeholder groups across various levels of the organization. They should be familiar with relevant DOT regulations and have experience in compliance, audit, or risk management. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of relevant experience. The coordinator must be proficient in standard office software and applications, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Required:
