Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
1. Direct all entrepreneurial programming within
DIHSCE that serves internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, students) and external stakeholders (alumni, community members), through a variety of programs including, but not limited to: training classes, workshops, practice sessions, competitions, mentorships and other innovative approaches.
2. The Director collaborates with University faculty in developing curriculum in support of Entrepreneurship program and development of entrepreneurial thinking in students on campus, including students in non-business curriculums.
3. Creation and maintenance of a data base for mentors, instructors, and potential Accelerator clients, including the renewal and maintenance of relationships.
4. Identifies and maintains a strategic portfolio of entrepreneurial related programmatic assets to enhance the entrepreneurial skillset of our constituents and benchmark best-in-class opportunities.
5. Work with campus and community partners to identify and implement a range of activities, programs, and learning opportunities that positively impact the development of an entrepreneurial campus.
6. Develop and maintain a strong presence on diversity, equity and inclusion at all times.
7. Apply a highly creative, caring, and collaborative spirit to keep programming fresh, relevant, and engaging.
8. Direct and lead DIHSCE' programming including, but not limited to: Br. Joel Damian Business Plan & Pitch Competition, Entrepreneur-in-Residence,
ENACTUS (student entrepreneurial organization), Global Entrepreneurship Week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Other related duties as assigned by the Dean and/or Assistant/Associate Dean(s).
2. Support transformational change to achieve institutional vision and strategies.
