YouthBuild Mentorship Coordinator - Case Manager Are you interested in a position that will make a difference in your life and the lives of others? Community Teamwork is seeking a YouthBuild Mentorship Coordinator - Case Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the YouthBuild mentorship program, linkages to internships, and overseeing mentoring responsibilities. Working in collaboration with the Program Manager, perform marketing and outreach of the YouthBuild Program within the community. Provide education, occupational training, and placement services for YouthBuild students; provide guidance and encouragement to students in the development of leadership skills to enable students to develop a plan for self-sufficiency.
