WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Production Scheduler.
As a Production Scheduler, you will manage and maintain scheduling systems to ensure the timely availability of materials required to fulfill customer orders. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules in association with cross-functional operational teams to optimize efficiency and meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Coordinates and optimizes workflow across departments or manufacturing facilities to ensure efficient production and timely product delivery.
  • Evaluate the master production schedule and work orders to establish priorities aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Adjusts production schedules based on work order specifications, operational priorities, and resource availability, including workforce, materials, and equipment capacity.
ABOUT YOU
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience is preferred
  • Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills required; experience with Microsoft Access is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The noise level in the plant is usually moderate. Ear plugs may be required in some areas of the plant. Employees are required to wear safety shoes and safety glasses throughout the plant.
