Job Summary:
The office of Professional Learning and Community Education (PLACE) facilitates engaging and impactful learning that connects the larger community with UW-Madison School of Education research and resources. Using the expertise of faculty, staff, and community stakeholders, PLACE develops and supports learning experiences in the arts, health, and education to enhance the quality of life in Wisconsin and beyond. Responsibilities: Directs daily operations of events, including monitoring the budget and/or supervising event planning staff to ensure that operations run efficiently, economically, and in line with department goals and policy.
