The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of Institutional Support Services (ISS) at the University of New Mexico (UNM). This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to maintaining an efficient and effective office environment. The successful candidate will assist with Chrome River reconciliation, Journal Voucher processing, planning and scheduling, technical setup for meetings and events, agenda drafting, Smartsheet support, and Excel tasks. Additionally, the Office Assistant will manage key email accounts and schedules for the Assistant Vice President (AVP), Executive Director (ED), and Manager of Administrative Operations (MAO). The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The Office Assistant will work closely with the Administrative Officer and Manager of Administrative Operations to ensure that the department's goals are met, and that exceptional customer service is provided to the campus community.
