About the Role:

The Process Delivery Analyst specializes in business process understanding that will help the business streamline processes and improve performance. This analyst is responsible for overseeing the alignment of business process and ERP system design. They will strive to align processes across legacy business using standard ERP functionality unless standard functionality inhibits recognition of business differentiation. The role will work closely with the business and the ERP technical teams to gain business understanding, ERP design capabilities and align with the best practices in the industry. Cross functional collaboration is key to success in this role.

Your Responsibilities:



  • Ensure the needs of both internal & external customers are represented with "as is" and "to be" process map creation or updates due to change
  • Partner with team members to deliver reliable and efficient daily operating processes and capabilities
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and change through cross functional collaboration and communication of processes and procedures
  • Support ERP migration with testing, training, go live support etc.
  • Assist in the execution of Digital Transformation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned


Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant supply chain experience
  • Experience with software delivery (Testing, Business Analysis, Development, Project Management)
  • Experience in translating IT and business strategies into deliverable action plans
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong Communication skills a must
  • Must be an advocate for change
