SUMMARY Provide key strategic support for Alliant Leave Advantage (ALA) program, including coordinating ongoing discourse and meetings between/among insurance carrier partners and the ALA team members, providing administrative support to the ALA team, including tracking insurance carrier partner requests and communication, distributing key client communications, developing and maintaining document retention protocol, coordinating with other Alliant support teams to maintain and update internal ALA website, and formatting key client facing and internal documents, among other duties. Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local laws relevant to the job duties. * Works with ALA team and Alliant core teams on client disability and leave administration RFPs, including establishing and supporting a standardized RFP process, tracking RFP results, and reporting to carriers.
