Position Overview: The Sword is the official student newspaper of Concordia University, St. Paul. Written and produced by students, faculty, and staff, The Sword, is published roughly monthly from September through May. Writers, photographers, and editors of The Sword come from many different fields of study at Concordia, not only Communication and English but any department from Theology to Design.

Essential Duties:

Develop personal attributes of curiosity, concentration, and judgement.
Producing media messages on deadline.
Conducting interviews to obtain information.
Structuring layout and design for the best effect.
Using story-telling elements in media messages.

Pay Range: $15.97 per hour
