40 Cultivate Generosity, Impact Lives: Gundersen Health System is seeking a Campaign Project Manager to join our Philanthropy team and make a lasting impact on healthcare in our community!

Responsibilities will include:

  • The Campaign Project Manager will coordinate and support the organization and facilitate campaign elements, such as Major Gifts, Planned Gifts, Campaign Volunteers, Campaign Communications, Stewardship and more

  • Lead and manage complex multiple complex projects and initiatives

  • Prepares and executes project plans, reports and monitors appropriate project milestone metrics.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a healthcare related field

  • 3-4 years experience leading projects with a demonstrated ability to teach and coach and experience building effective relationships

  • Experience in healthcare management or in a business manager role with experience working with business plans and quality improvement projects, preferred

  • Strong collaboration skills with operational staff, leadership, and external partners to ensure campaign success

  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship building skills.

  • This hybrid eligible position requires the ability to work onsite in La Crosse, WI for meetings and/ or events as needed as well as participate in onsite training before shifting to a remote/ hybrid basis.
