You are welcomed and encouraged to apply prior to your graduation. We are looking for new grads to accelerate their progression to a high-acuity department through our innovative orientation program. These positions will have orientation in specific departments that will assist in preparation for your career in the Peds/PICU. Your professional development nurses will support you along the way and help you grow your professional practice to ensure you have a successful career in your chosen specialty. When working on our 12-bed Pediatric floor and 4-bed PICU, you will provide patient and family-centered care for a variety of high-acuity patients including traumas, diabetic emergencies, trachs and more. The Peds/PICU's multidisciplinary team consists of highly skilled RNs, Intensivists, Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Health Unit Coordinators, and other support staff. Position Details:
