Skills Required.

Ability to work in a matrix organization where relationships are essential to success, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to forecast and meet deadlines, teamwork, strong computer skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Initiate and complete basic Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks (e.g. create/cancel classes, enter rosters, & write/update basic Standard Operating Procedures, etc.)
  • Develop a Technical training Schedule that meets the needs of Internal/External Customers
  • Interfaces with internal/external customers as needed when scheduling training
  • The ability to work within a complex dynamic environment
  • Provide solutions to customer training needs
  • Provide monthly internal/external finance reports
  • Provide weekly inventory.
  • Monitor team mailbox and respond or escalate within guidelines
  • Prepare rudimentary training reports as requested (e.g. survey results)
  • Will perform clerical and administrative duties related to internal and external customer visa application data requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3~5 years of experience in (LMS) coordination and administration.
  • Administration experience in Semiconductor industry is a PLUS.
  • Strong Organizational skills is a must.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates degree.
  • Min. 1+ year administration experience.
  • Familiar with the MS Office suite, SharePoint and Excel.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
