Summary:
The Quality Reporting Specialist III role is responsible for abstracting clinical information for externally reported quality measures, reviewing information with clinicians, ensuring submission to CMS and other entities within the required timeframe, conducting periodic audits to maintain integrity of the reporting program, and supporting the creation of quality reports as requested.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate's Degree with at least ten years of relevant healthcare experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a health related field with at least five years of relevant experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: See Education. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Quality Reporting Specialist II role.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
