About Us: Join an exciting, high-growth Fintech company revolutionizing the industry. We are seeking an exceptional Revenue Operations/Sales Enablement Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our revenue growth and enhancing our go-to-market effectiveness. You'll be instrumental in making insights actionable and fostering seamless collaboration across various departments, including sales, marketing, client success, product, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure sales and operations are equipped with reliable data for strategic planning and decision-making. Maintain data integrity across all sales-related reporting and systems.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales demand forecasts, manage quotes and purchase orders, and ensure data reflects the health of our future business.
  • Technology Integration: Embed technologies to automate sales processes, integrate technology solutions into sales processes with measurable success, and work with various teams to improve all systems within the sales process, including CRM, price book, ERP, and online collaboration tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and other teams to optimize and implement scalable processes and strategies for revenue growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Build compelling client presentations, create templates for account plans, and provide the sales team with the resources, tools and training needed to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in CRM and ERP systems (preferably NetSuite for ERP & HubSpot for CRM), strong emphasis on data management, excellent organizational skills, and a process-driven and quality mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Customer Support: Experience in sales forecasting and customer support.
