About this Opportunity
The College of Health Dean's Office at Ball State University is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial in providing office organization and support for the administration and academic functions of the College of Health. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant to the Dean & Office Manager, students, and the College leadership team.

Wages Begin At 16.5

Position Function
This position provides comprehensive office organization and support for the administration and academic functions of the College of Health.
Minimum Education
Eighteen months of education or training beyond high school or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
At least one year of related experience.
Minimum Other

  • Well-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

Reception Services:* Manage reception services, greet and direct guests, assist students, faculty, and staff, and handle incoming calls and emails.
