Position Overview: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Optimization Coordinator to join our Digital Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for enhancing efficiency across divisions through data tracking, issue resolution, and strategic communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving, especially in areas related to data integrity and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Data Integrity & Quality: * Track and address data integrity issues specific to each division. * Oversee data quality clean-up initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Coordinate with the Hardware Lead to resolve data quality issues. * Collaborate with divisions to ensure Systems of Record (SOR) are updated. * Monitor and adapt to Data Quality Score changes. * Conduct Monthly Meetings: * Organize and conduct monthly meetings with various divisions. * Gather feedback to maximize system value. * Update Divisions on Resolutions: * Provide timely updates on all requests and resolutions. * Communicate Field Roadmap: * Align on roadmap with Optimization Lead and Product Owner. * Regularly communicate the field roadmap to all divisions. * Value Realization (VR): * Evaluate and follow up on the impact of division decisions. * Communicate impact to the Value Realization lead. * Identify VR cost savings opportunities and document new use cases. * Production Issues Tracking: * Track production issues and enhancements from identification to completion. * Internet of Things (IoT) Support: * Provide support for IoT setup, troubleshooting, and resolution. Qualifications: * Experience in the agricultural industry. * Strong analytical skills and experience with data tracking or quality assurance. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively across different divisions and teams. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. * Experience in coordinating data quality and optimization initiatives. * Knowledge of agriculture-specific hardware and software. * Familiarity with John Deere Operations Center is an asset. * Previous experience working in a large corporate environment. Additional Information: * This position requires up to 10% travel. * Must have solid Excel skills for data tracking and data quality. * Must be able to navigate Power BI effectively. * Strong organizational skills are essential.
