Description * The primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, you are the voice of the company. The impression that you leave determines if we're building client delight or causing client animosity. * Respond to client inquiries via email- Such as ensuring that documents have been received, sending clients the link to access Acuity and schedule meetings. * Create processes for job duties to promote efficiency and support a consistent customer experience. * Assist with the creation of commercial proposals for new clients * Interact with our clients & prospects on social media * Assist with client onboarding and offboarding * Meeting with potential customers * Client interactive marketing, sales, and customer service * Handling subsequent sales inquiries * Creating an engaging environment for customers * Cross-selling or upselling where necessary * Living our commitment to providing an incredible service every day * Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture * Team Leading - training, organizing team events, managing merchandise and materials for the team, motivating, and helping team members hit targets Additional Skills & Qualifications Our Relationship Coordinator will be the face and the voice of the company and making sure that there is smooth communication between the company, clients, and staff by communicating and providing information and services to prospects and clients who contact the company. The relationship coordinator is key to our success.
