HR and Payroll Technology team is seeking a talented Digital Support & Communication Specialist to support HR and Payroll initiatives. This detail-oriented role involves creating visually appealing presentations, tracking training activities, supporting team initiatives, and promoting team accomplishments through internal marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in design, communication, and managing multiple tasks. Job Responsibilities: Design and develop PowerPoint presentations from HR and Payroll digital content Transform digital information and data into simple, easy-to-understand visual formats and maps. Prepare and host quarterly town hall meetings, incorporating media, music, and games. Document the team's core initiatives with the operations lead. Draft, proofread, and format internal marketing announcements. Collaborate with teams to understand presentation goals and refine/streamline content across the functions Use graphics, infographics, charts, and animations to enhance storytelling. Prepare and host quarterly town hall meetings, incorporating media, music, and games. Ensure design consistency and simplify complex information. Track and monitor training activities and maintain records. Manage multiple projects and maintain digital records. Skills: * * Proven experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations. * High Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced features. * Strong design skills with typography, color theory, and layout knowledge. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
