Role: Loan Workout Specialist Location: On-site at 800 South Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA Placement Type: Contract (52 weeks) Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.13/hr Work Environment: 5 days in office, first shift Responsibilities: * Review physical legal documents for accuracy, ensuring alignment with corresponding paperwork and state requirements. * Validate notarizations on documents and perform judgment/compliant validations as needed. * Test information before sending it to 3rd-party legal partners. * Conduct quality assurance to ensure the completeness and correctness of documentation. Key Requirements: * Must-Have Skills: * Knowledge of collection law * Experience with litigation (civil procedures) * Quality assurance expertise * Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) * General understanding of credit card processes * Nice-to-Have Skills: * Paralegal certification * Experience with judgment and complaint validations Experience Level: Entry-level (1+ year of professional experience).
