Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage assigned retail accounts from order entry to delivery, ensuring smooth communication between the warehouse and customers. You will address customer inquiries about products, warranties, delivery times, and resolve any inventory, pricing, or quantity issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the Sales Representatives by providing timely updates on out-of-stock items. Responsibilities * Manage assigned retail accounts from order entry to delivery. * Communicate with the warehouse on customer shipping requirements and ensure expected ship and arrival dates are met. * Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, warranties, and delivery times. * Resolve inventory, pricing, and quantity issues on orders. * Review out-of-stock items and communicate them to Sales Representatives and customers. Essential Skills * High school diploma or general equivalency diploma. * 3+ years of customer service experience. * Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel. * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and enter data while taking calls. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in retail customer service and call centers. * Customer service-oriented with data entry and order entry skills. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role requires working fully in-office to start, with training hours from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. After approximately 4 weeks, the schedule will shift to 11am - 8pm. Once metrics are consistently met (approximately 6 months), a hybrid schedule will be available with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday. The work environment is business casual, with each candidate having their own cubicle, phone, and computer. The pace can be fast, requiring strong multi-tasking skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
